This production unit is a diesel oil and by-product production line using waste oil. The main configuration of the unit is: pretreatment reaction tank, horizontal rotary heating furnace, atmospheric fractionator, tubular condenser, cooling water tank, oil-water separator, filter, refining filter tank; pretreatment system; heating system; distillation system; condensation system; vacuum negative pressure and waste gas recovery and utilization system; Smoke control and dust removal system; safety fire protection, explosion-proof, electrostatic grounding system; water treatment and recycling system; automatic semi-automatic control system, etc. The device adopts horizontal rotary heating furnace for continuous production, with a processing capacity of 5-10 tons (intermittent production line can be customized according to customer demand).
