I. project feasibility analysis:

With the rapid development of automobile industry, a new problem can not be ignored in front of us, that is the management and treatment of waste tires. Waste tires have strong heat resistance, mechanical resistance and degradation resistance, and will not be naturally digested for decades. If they are discarded in the natural environment, they will not only occupy land and waste resources, but also form a new "black pollution". If it is burned as solid waste, it will also seriously pollute the environment; if it is simply treated and then loaded on the road, there will be potential safety hazards; if it is produced by original processing, it will have both pollution and extremely low utilization rate. It has become an indisputable reality to realize circular economy and sustainable development in the waste tire treatment industry.

In order to solve the waste tire, the tyre cracking equipment produced by our factory ensures that there is no discharge of three wastes. The equipment is equipped with tail gas combustion and reuse device to ensure no smell. Taking the fuel cracking oil as an example (or natural gas), the equipment is equipped with a dust remover, the smoke emission reaches the standard, the water of the whole circulating cooling system circulates without pollution, and there is no waste water discharge at all; the waste residue is free of any toxic carbon black due to the high temperature treatment of more than 500 degrees, and the carbon black can be refined, with a wide range of application. The non condensable gas is the energy source of waste tire pyrolysis, and the oil and pyrolysis carbon black It is the main product of waste tire pyrolysis. In terms of product quality and value, the cracking equipment solves the problem of waste pollution well and will not cause secondary pollution. At the same time of solving the problem, it also creates huge economic benefits.

三、流程描述:

Step 1: loading: use a small grab to put the waste tires in the hopper of the hydraulic feeder, and automatically enter the reactor through the automatic hydraulic feeder, and close the loading door after loading.

Step 2: heating: use tyre oil or non condensable gas (the extra non condensable gas produced in the cracking process of several other equipment) to heat the reactor evenly. After heating for about 2 hours, the temperature gradually rises to about 260 ℃, and the cracked oil gas enters the cold system through the oil outlet in the reactor center and liquefies into oil into the intermediate tank.

Step 3: non condensable gas treatment: the non condensable gas (C1-C4 component) that flows into the oil tank together with the oil flows into the furnace after passing through two water seal fire arrestor devices and one fire arrestor device. This part of non condensable gas can be fully burned through the combustion machine, and a large part of fuel can be saved at the same time.

Step 4: smoke and dust treatment: all the smoke and dust generated by combustion are pumped into the general dust removal system by the special induced draft fan for treatment. The treated smoke and dust are white water vapor without black particles. Then the water vapor will enter the professional industrial purification device for standard emission treatment to ensure that the final smoke and dust emission meets the national emission standards.

Step 5: slag (carbon black) --- after the reaction kettle temperature drops to the safety temperature, connect the automatic slag extractor to start slag discharging, and the discharged slag will be transported to the slag storage bin by the negative pressure air delivery equipment through the pipeline to ensure that the slag discharging process is dust-free.

Step 6: steel wire discharging: open the feeding door and use the automatic steel wire discharging machine to discharge the steel wire. When discharging the steel wire, cooperate with the suction and dust removal equipment to ensure no dust.

IV. benefit analysis (take annual treatment of 20000 tons as an example):

Investment:

Waste tire: 800 yuan / ton, 800 yuan * 70 tons = 56000 yuan.

Salary: 7 persons / class, 14 persons in class 2, with an average of 300 yuan / person / day, 300 yuan * 16 persons = 4200 yuan.

Electricity charge: the total power per day is 1500 kW, 1500 kW * 1.3 yuan / kWh = 1950 yuan.

Fuel: tire oil and natural gas can be used as fuel. There are many restrictions on natural gas. It is recommended to use tire oil as fuel. Because it is multiple equipment, the combustible waste gas can be used for each other. When it is insufficient, the tire oil can be supplemented by about 500kg.

Total investment per day: 56000 yuan + 4200 yuan + 1950 yuan = 62150 yuan.

Produce:

Tire oil: calculated according to 40% oil output rate, 70 tons of tires * 40% = 28 tons of tire oil, and the remaining 27.5 tons of 500 kg of fuel are used. The market price is 2600 yuan / ton * 27.5 tons = 71500 yuan.

Steel wire: 15% * 70 tons = 10.5 tons, market price: 1300 yuan / ton, 10.5 tons * 1300 yuan / ton = 13650 yuan.

Carbon black: 40% * 70 tons = 28 tons, market price is not less than 200 yuan / ton, 28 tons * 200 yuan / ton = 5600 yuan.

Total output per day: 71500 yuan + 13650 yuan + 5600 yuan = 90750 yuan.

Profit:

Daily profit: daily total output - daily total input = 90750 yuan - 62150 yuan = 28600 yuan

Monthly profit: 28600 yuan * 25 days (calculated on the basis of 25 days per month) = 715000 yuan

Annual profit: 715000 yuan * 10 months (calculated according to 10 months each year) = 7.15 million yuan
