2. Delivery shall be made within 15-20 days from the date of receiving the advance payment. Technicians shall be sent to the site on the day of delivery or within three days for free guidance, installation, commissioning and training. Turnkey project (catalyst formula shall be provided free of charge) shall be carried out to ensure the normal operation of the machine before returning.

3. The equipment shall be guaranteed for two years and maintained for life.

4. in case of any problem in the operation of the equipment, the buyer can inform our factory by telephone. If the problem cannot be solved through telephone communication, the manufacturer will give the shortest possible time.

(1-3 days) arrange technicians to repair on site. If the spare parts need to be replaced, our factory will deliver them to the buyer at the purchase cost.
